Return Policy
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 800-378-6510 for return authorization. Packages will not be accepted without prior notification. All returns must be in original condition, with a copy of the original invoice and shipped via insured carrier. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs. Please remember, for purchases to be refunded, items must be received by Blue-Eyed Bear within 30 days of the date of purchase, original invoice date.
